Can you guarantee a launch?
Since you are booking my time, I am unable to guarantee specific deliverables. However, I frequently launch simple websites in one day! If you book a Saintly Site Day™ with the intent of launching your site, it helps to come prepared with your website content (copy, photos, etc..) as this allows me to spend more time designing the site. If you don’t have those things - no worries! That’s where I fill in the gaps.
What about the domain?
If you own a domain that you want hooked up to your website, I’ll need access to the domain in advance. I will handle all the tech stuff to make it point to your new site!
What platforms do you work with?
I have worked in tech for over 13 years, so I’m generally comfortable with most platforms even if I haven’t used it frequently (or at all!). That said, I typically design websites on Squarespace because it is user friendly even and especially for the “tech challenged.” Other platforms I work on include but are not limited to Shopify, Showit, Kajabi, Omnisend, MailChimp, Honeybook, and more. If you aren’t sure what platform(s) is best for your need, that is something I can advise on so you start building on the perfect platform for you. Please note: I do not design on WordPress!
What if I need more time?
You can book multiple Saintly Site Days™ in advance of your project or after one Saintly Site Day™ if you want more time. For example, you may need two or three Saintly Site Days™ to complete the work you have depending on the scope. I’m happy to provide a realistic expectation during your consultation.
Can I have you work on multiple projects in one day?
I recommend keeping the focus on one project per day, but if you have several simple things on your business or website to do list, I can run down the list and make progress towards getting them done!
Do you offer training on how to edit/maintain my website?
Absolutely! We go over the basics of editing your site and you receive the recording.
Do you offer ongoing website management or ongoing technical help?
I do! If you book a Saintly Site Day™, I offer recurring Saintly Site Days™ at a preferred rate.

I am flexible and understand the myriad commitments you might have in a week, so I thoughtfully use the time. If I am waiting on approval for an asset, for example, I will continue to work on the other things and not let your temporary unavailability hold up progress.
